Off State Hwy. 127 and County Road 348 (River Road). 80 miles west of San Antonio and 23 miles north of Uvalde, Texas.

The natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country surrounds the 6+ acres with a main residential home and four distinctive log cabins, fully furnished and all with the finest amenities.

Main Lodge: 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths. Stone fireplace and full length covered porch. High slanted ceiling with open loft and warm pine paneled walls.

Cabin 1: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath; furnished to sleep 6 people
Cabin 2: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath; furnished to sleep 6 people
Cabin 3: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths; furnished to sleep 10 people
Cabin 4: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths; furnished to sleep 10 people

Each of the cabins have open beam ceilings, central a/c and heat, stone fireplace, fully equipped kitchens, hot tubs, BBQ pits, outdoor firepits and TV with satellite.
Utilities: Bandera Electric Coop., Concan Water Coop, Hill Country Telephone Corp. and on-site septic system.

This is the perfect year round place to relax and enjoy the varied wildlife. Other area attractions are the beautiful Frio River, Mountain Valley 18-hole championship golf course, Concan Country Club and Spa, Garner State and Lost Maples State Parks. The accommodations provide for large groups, families and/or a potential for substantial rental income.
